When will I receive my order?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, the delivery time depends on your location:

Please note that these are estimates and can vary based on local carriers and seasonal demand.
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand fulfillment partner that has facilities around the world. Your order will ship from the location that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your address.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by Peony Bay. Please check with your local customs agency for more information.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please take a moment to:

Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address was correct.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Check with neighbors in case the courier left it nearby.
If your shipping address was correct and your package still can’t be located, email me at mail@peonybay.com with your order number and I’ll help you track it down.
If you find a mistake in the delivery address you provided, I can send a replacement once the order is re-placed, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
I’m so sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect! Please email me at mail@peonybay.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:
